Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Resurge Clinic Store. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Returns must be initiated and shipped back to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Items that have been opened, used, altered, or are not in resalable condition are not eligible for return.

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned product. Store credit may be used toward future purchases at https://store.theresurgeclinic.com/ and has no cash value.

To begin a return, please contact brenna@theresurgeclinic.com with your order number and request a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive instructions and the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping charges will be assessed based on the carrier’s actual shipping rates, and a receipt documenting the carrier charge will be provided to the customer upon request or included with return confirmation. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. The Resurge Clinic Store is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

After we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive confirmation by email once store credit has been issued to your account. Store credit does not expire unless otherwise required by law and may only be used by the original purchaser.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including products that have been opened or used, items returned outside the 30-day return window, or products damaged due to customer handling.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact brenna@theresurgeclinic.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied to previous purchases. By completing a purchase on our site, you agree to the terms of this Return & Store Credit Policy.
