1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and cleared.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) may be processed the following business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Resurge Clinic is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping speed

Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly disclosed at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Resurge Clinic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will evaluate replacement eligibility at our discretion.


7. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures.

While we take reasonable steps to package items appropriately, Resurge Clinic is not responsible for product degradation due to:

  • Extended delivery times

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Packages left outdoors after delivery

Customers are encouraged to retrieve packages promptly.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within:

United States of America

Certain products, including prescription medications (if applicable), may only be shipped to states where our providers are licensed and where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be legally fulfilled.


9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


10. Prescription Products (If Applicable)

Prescription medications require:

  • Completion of a medical evaluation

  • Approval by a licensed provider

Shipping timelines for prescription products may vary based on provider review and pharmacy processing times.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
