Certain products sold or recommended by Resurge Clinic may include dietary supplements or wellness products.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Resurge Clinic to charge:

  • Program fees
  • Subscription fees (if applicable)
  • Product purchases

9. Subscription Terms (If Applicable)

If you enroll in a subscription program:

  • You authorize 30-day recurring charges.
  • Subscriptions renew every 30 days automatically.
  • Cancel anytime by emailing brenna@theresurgeclinic.com.

Refund policies applies to any subscription.

10. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Medical services are non-refundable once provided.
  • Supplements and products may be subject to a limited return policy.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
